SHIPPING CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
Accidentally filled in the wrong shipping address? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will try our best to get our hands on the package before it leaves or warehouse. Keep in mind that as soon as the order has been paid for and is completely processed, we can’t make any changes anymore.
MY PACKAGE HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED YET, WHERE MIGHT IT BE?
Always check the tracking link you received via email. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address. The estimated delivery time didn’t change and your address is correct? Please check you email again to see if you received a message from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors address when you weren’t home to receive it or your delivery window may have been rescheduled. Still no luck? WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can return your ordered, unused items, that aren’t worn or washed within 14 days with the labels attached and in their original package using our return form. For hygiene reasons, underwear and face masks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged.
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
You can return faulty items within 14 days after you received them. Get in touch with our customer service by sending an email including pictures to info@standaardfresh.nl
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
You can return your ordered, unused, items that aren’t worn or washed within 14 days with the labels attached and in their original package. Use the return form, that was added to your package, as follows:
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
You can, using the same steps and form as you would if you’d return the items. However, due to the limited stock, we suggest returning the items you want to exchange and place a new order to ensure you receive the items you want.
